Proud Winners: Austria´s Most Agile Crew!

The „Agile Challenge 2019“ is over and the winner is - Netural’s „Off da Chain Horde“! Five Netural employees took all their field-proven methodological skills to the track and beat strong competition to become Austria´s most agile team.

The „Agile Challenge 2019“ was held in late January at the Impact Hub Vienna. Eight competing teams had qualified for the finals by passing test challenges with distinction and giving the most convincing visionary statements about the future of agility. In the end, Netural´s interdisciplinary „Off da Chain Horde“ team of five took the top spot on the rostrum.

Why enter an „Agile Challenge“, when the everyday business is challenging enough? „Competing against other agile minds is always exciting, and beyond that, applying our in-house toolbox, including Scrum und Kanban, in an „unplugged“ and playful stetting can be highly instructive”, answers Netural´s winning team, an interdisciplinary crew including an account manager, a front end developer, a conceptionist, a UX designer and a social media specialist.

Agile Organizations and Digital Projects

Netural has long experience with working in interdisciplinary account teams. They operate autonomously, managed by self-defined responsibilities, with more importance placed on generous elbow room for personal skills than on formal job descriptions. Introducing agile structures has helped to speed up decision-making and to successfully navigate complex, volatile digital projects.
