Netural Expands its Management Board
Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner is now CPO.
Linz-based digitalization service specialist Netural counts among the longest-standing players in the Austrian market. In 2022, the company approaches the magical 25-year mark with its structures consistently geared towards agility, its growth strategy ambitious, and its management board adding important skills.
At Netural´s headquarter in the Tabakfabrik Linz office loft, Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner joins CEO Albert Ortig and CTO Stephan Lechner, taking the CPO (Chief People Officer) position effective 1 January.
Business administration graduate Bouchal-Gahleitner has been associated with the company for quite some time: After a career start in the academic field, she switched to Upper Austria´s Clusterland business support organization, working as head of the human resources network and promoting HR skills development in Upper Austrian SMEs. From there, her career path took her to internal organizational development tasks and in 2015 to a position as Director People & Organization at Netural. Here, Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner accompanied a comprehensive transformation process to develop digitalization pioneer Netural into an agile, self-regulating, multiply award-winning organization. At the same time, she introduced the “HR Coworking Days”, establishing a successful format to promote exchange on new forms of work and mutual learning for executives of forward-looking companies.
Digital talent forge
After consistently practicing agility over the last six years, Netural is now more successful than ever: With a strict user focus, the company excels at developing clear, appealing, intuitive user interfaces even for the greatest digital complexity. Netural has won a long list of international awards and an equally long list of prominent clients. The already keen interest in sustainable digitalization solutions has recently received an additional boost by the pandemic experience, which helps the company's ambitious growth plans. Organizational and personnel development will play a key role here.
Agility is the key to success
“Working environments go through enormous changes at the moment. My mission is keeping organization and people in continuous, balanced good interaction”, says Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner: “We are currently anchoring our hybrid working model in all processes, structures and spaces while trying out innovative forms of work. The prerequisite for all this is a working environment that supports our teams in the best possible way, together with structures that keep adapting to new circumstances - intuitively and automatically."
She also believes in creating enthusiasm and motivation: "Excellent performance can only happen in a transparent and fair working environment where we transact at eye level and enjoy making great things happen as a team."
